Terms and Conditions

1. Initial Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator, RM Services s.r.o., ID: 29675677, registered office at Zbraslavská 12/11, Malá Chuchle, 159 00 Praha 5 (hereinafter "Operator"), and any person who uses the Chemicly application (hereinafter "User").

2. Third-Party Technology Services

• •Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication and storing scan history. Data is encrypted.
• •Google Gemini AI: Used for advanced text and visual analysis of ingredients.
• •RevenueCat: Used as an in-app subscription management platform, processing payments via the App Store and Google Play.

3. Premium Subscription

3.1. Free Trial: Users receive 10 scans free of charge to try the application. Once this limit is exhausted, a purchased Premium account is required for further scanning. 3.2. Premium account provides the User with 100 scans per month. 3.3. Payments are automatically processed via RevenueCat through the App Store or Google Play at the beginning of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

4. Payment Terms and Subscription

All payments and subscriptions are processed and managed through the Google Play and Apple App Store distribution platforms. Prices shown in promotional materials or within the app may be indicative and may be displayed without applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) and currency conversion fees. The final price, including applicable VAT and all fees, is always clearly displayed to the user in the native Google Play / Apple App Store payment interface before the binding purchase confirmation.

5. Cancellation (Anniversary Rule)

5.1. The Anniversary Rule: If the User cancels their subscription, no refunds are provided for the current billing period. Premium features remain fully active until the end of the currently paid period.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS". IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, OR ALLERGIC REACTIONS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

7. Specific US and EU Provisions

7.1. EU Consumers: By immediately accessing digital premium content, the User loses their standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. 7.2. Class Action Waiver (US): YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. 7.3. Contact support at: info@chemiclyapp.com.
